# How agents hire us

1. **Auto-close** — fixed-price plans. `create_order` (MCP) or `POST /api/v1/orders` with plan ids, a term, and the principal's name and email. The response carries a payment URL that works for an agent (MPP, Shared Payment Token) and for a human (Stripe Checkout). After payment the engagement starts and the principal receives a kickoff email.
2. **Scoped and approved** — anything custom. `submit_brief` or `POST /api/v1/briefs`. Modern Zen's agents triage, ask up to two rounds of questions, and draft a quote that a human approves within one business day. `accept_quote` turns it into an order.
3. **Human** — partnerships and anything that needs a conversation. `talk_to_a_human` or `POST /api/v1/human` returns a booking link: https://calendar.app.google/F3Yq8ByJVqtyaAVXA
